Kikis Athinodorou & Associates Ltd (Property Valuers and Project Managers) specialises in comprehensive consulting services in the field of real estate in Cyprus.
The company was founded in 1995 by Mr Kikis Athinodorou, a university of Reading (Great Britain) graduate in the field of Land Management, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and President of the Cyprus Property Valuers Association with an extensive experience in the valuation sector.
Our skilled team consists of seven qualified valuers who specialise in the provision of high quality certified property valuations and six persons with administrative/ supportive roles. Our specialisation has arisen through both Great Britain university degrees as well as through our everyday occupation with an extensive range of property valuations.
